Application Process for Allover Synthetic Enamel:
- Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose paint. For metal surfaces, remove any rust or corrosion. Sand wooden surfaces to smooth out rough areas. - Priming:
Apply an appropriate primer if needed, especially for bare or untreated metal and wood surfaces. This helps improve adhesion and enhances the durability of the enamel. - Mixing:
Stir the Allover Synthetic Enamel thoroughly to ensure even consistency. If thinning is required, use the recommended thinning ratio (refer to the product label for specific instructions). - Application:
- Brush or Roller: Apply the enamel using a high-quality brush or roller, ensuring an even and smooth coat. Start with light, thin layers to avoid drips or streaks.
- Spray Application: If using a spray gun, ensure an even spray pattern, holding the nozzle at a consistent distance from the surface for uniform coverage.
- Drying Time:
Allow the first coat to dry for 2-3 hours before applying a second coat. For best results, 2-3 coats are recommended to achieve a smooth, glossy finish. - Final Coat and Finish:
After the final coat, allow sufficient drying time (typically 24 hours) for the paint to cure fully. Once dry, the surface will have a durable, glossy finish, providing long-lasting protection against moisture, stains, and wear. - Cleanup:
Clean your brushes, rollers, and spray equipment with an appropriate solvent (such as mineral spirits or paint thinner) immediately after use to maintain them in good condition.
Note: Always follow safety guidelines, including ensuring proper ventilation and wearing protective gear like gloves and eye protection during application.
